We want you happy with your game. Here is how returns work.

Return window

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Return the item in the same condition you got it, with the case and any inserts that came with it.

If a game arrives faulty or not as described, we cover return shipping and send a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

For a change of mind return, return shipping is yours to cover. We refund the item price once the game is back with us.

Sealed games that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of us receiving the return.
