Visiting the store
Does XPGames have a physical store?
Yes. XPGames is a used video game store at 2877 Kingston Road in Scarborough, Ontario. Walk in any day we're open, no appointment needed.
What are the XPGames store hours?
The store is open Monday to Thursday 11am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 6pm.

Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and there's no shipping charge. We hold your games at 2877 Kingston Road, Scarborough. Just bring your order number.
What payment does the store take?
Cash, debit and credit at the counter. Online orders are paid by card through Stripe.
Can I sell my games at the store?
Yes. Bring your games, consoles and accessories to the counter and we'll check them with you. You can look up what we pay on xpgames.ca before you come in. No haggling, no lowball offers.
Buying games
Which consoles does XPGames carry?
Nintendo from the NES to the Switch, including Game Boy, DS and 3DS. PlayStation from the PS1 to the PS5, plus PSP and Vita. Xbox from the original to the Series X.
Are the photos of the actual game I'll get?
Yes. Every copy has its own photos, so what you see is what lands at your door. No stock pictures.
What do the condition labels mean?
Each copy shows a grade (Like New, Very Good, Good or Acceptable) and what's included. Complete In Box means the game, case and manual. No Manual means the game and case. Loose means the disc or cartridge on its own.
Can I haggle on price?
No need. The price on the tag is the price you pay. We keep it fair so you don't have to fight for it.
Shipping and returns
Does XPGames ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat $6.50 per order, no matter how many games are in your cart.
Does XPGames ship to the United States?
Yes. Shipping to the US is a flat $12.99 CAD per order, no matter how many games are in your cart.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are packed and shipped from Scarborough, Ontario within 2 business days. Most orders ship with tracking.
What is the return policy?
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. If a game arrives faulty or not as described, we cover return shipping and send a full refund or a replacement. For a change of mind, return shipping is yours to cover. Email store@xpgames.ca with your order number to start.
